Yesterday, an operation was carried out in the capital where 29 people were arrested and another was declared wanted. 

During this operation, subjects were identified as well as persons who carry out the illegal activity of organizing and adapting the premises for the organization of illegal lotteries such as poker and online sports betting, in different areas of Tirana.

The police announce that they are working to capture the suspect involved in this activity with the initials T. Sh. (L).

It is also reported that sums of money suspected to have benefited from the illegal activity of gambling, 33 mobile devices and various computer equipment used for the exercise of this illegal activity were seized as material evidence.

Police notification:

It is finalized by the Sector for the Investigation of Cybercrimes, in cooperation with the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, the Special Operational Force and the "Eagle" Special Force, the coded police operation "Bad spin".

During this operation, after a genuine investigative work, based on police intelligence, subjects and citizens were identified, who carry out the illegal activity of organizing and adapting premises for the organization of illegal lotteries (poker and online sports betting), in different areas of Tirana.

During the checks carried out in these subjects, it was possible to capture and arrest in flagrante delicto 29 citizens implicated in this criminal activity:

KK, 31 years old, K. Gj., 28 years old, FL, 28 years old, ID, 52 years old, EH, 28 years old, BA, 53 years old, EP, 29 years old, DK, 28 years old, MK, 41 years old, Xh. M., 32 years old, AP, 31 years old, AB, 32 years old, AR, 29 years old, Sh. M., 40 years old, Sh. Ç., 31 years, NR, 28 years, DL, 45 years, MB, 52 years, AM, 58 years, BP, 54 years, KD, 18 years, RT, 18 years, DT, 36 years, EM, 19 years , EM, 21 years old, EL, 37 years old, TI, 37 years old, DK, 33 years old, and GH, 54 years old.

They are also working on the capture of the citizen T. Sh. (L), suspect involved in this activity.

As material evidence, sums of money suspected to have benefited from the illegal activity of gambling, 33 mobile devices and various computer equipment used for the exercise of this illegal activity were seized.
