New details from the investigative file, which sank the criminal drug trafficking group from Latin America and Albania towards the neighboring country.

Among those arrested is the Anti-Terrorist officer, Igli Haxhiaj , who was remanded in custody today by the Criminal Court.

In the file obtained by journalist Anila Hoxha, messages exchanged between Igli Haxhiaj and Dario Myftiu are revealed, where the latter asks for 15 thousand euros to sell information from the investigations, and to tell him that his and his family's phones are being tapped.

According to the file, on 05.12.2020, in communications with this citizen, although he does not explain who he is or what work he does, he makes it clear that he knows information about him and that in exchange for this information he demands monetary benefits.

"This is my intention to help you……Brother, this work has a cost and if you want, okay, if you don't want, you know….. to help you and you have to see the pain, brother…… There are 3 of us out of 5 thousand brothers…… I have the manhood and I will tell you everything but you have to cooperate with me and not doubt where you heard it. But we will do it by chance, that is, so that you can confirm it and not be conspicuous where you heard it," he wrote, among other things.

From the content of the conversations, SPAK says, it is understood that the information that Igli Haxhiaj provides to the other person is information related to the investigative actions that were being carried out at that moment against Muftiu. SPAK says that from these conversations it is clearly proven that citizen Igli Haxhiaj provides the information in exchange for monetary benefits, communicating that, "We are 3 people out of 5 thousand brothers", an amount which, when evaluated also in relation to the content of other communications, is estimated to correspond to the amount of 15,000 Euros.

Also, in conversations he communicates to the Mufti that, " You, the Bride, your Mother, Asti, have your phones tapped and be careful when you talk. If you want any more info, I'll give you money ."

In this way, according to SPAK, Haxhiaj has informed the other person about the telephone tapping operations and is willing to provide other information, but in exchange for monetary benefits.

Haxhiaj then communicates with another person, telling them about the conversations he had with the Mufti.

"Oh my dear, are you leaving? No brother, he told me to meet on Monday, I'm not dealing with him, I'll tell him, I have some info and I'm selling it, Do you want it???, if you want it, I'll meet him...", he writes.

Në këtë bisedë ata komunikojnë lidhur me Dario Myftiu, duke iu referuar pikërisht për bisedën midis shtetasit Igli Haxhiaj dhe Dario Myftiu.

Haxhiaj i shpjegon se, “me tha takohemi të henen” dhe në bisedën e datës 05.12.2020 Myftiu i ka thënë atij se “takona nga e hona, se neser jam me kalamojt”, duke u konfirmuar fakti se flasin për të njëjtin person. Po kështu, në këtë bisedë Haxhiaj konfirmon tej çdo dyshimi thotë SPAK, faktin se veprimet e tij janë kryer për qëllimi përfitimi monetar, pasi shprehet se, “do i them, kam nje info dhe e shes, A e do???”.

Nga përmbajtja e bisedave të mësipërme provohet fakti se përdoruesi i kodit “….” është njohje e përbashkët e Dario Myftiu dhe Igli Haxhiaj dhe është pikërisht personi që Igli Haxhiaj i referohet në bisedat e tij me Dario Myftiu si “shoket” e përbashkët midis tyre.

“I.Haxhiaj: Ai eshte qe te jet i informuar, per ca behet fjale, a ska interes dmth, po tani thuaj kaq, si te japi leket ja themi ca ka dhe kur te ket siklete qe di i ket nga mbrapa e njoftojme, edhe sa here te jemi mbas atij ta njoftojme, o vllai te na japi noi kave, edhe sa here te jemi mbas atij ta njoftojme, se si ceshtje nuk e mbyllim dot, se e ka tjeter kush, vetem mos i thuaj kush jam une mos ta dij fare se sdihet ca flet…. Ok vllai….Po noi 5€, mos ta vrasim…thuaji kur ke sjell nje sasi te modhe te moren ne tel, dhe ke qene me dy goca. Po sja vlen me i thene me pak…. po per 500, 1 mij sja vlen fare vllai, se i shpetojme gjithe ato lek, ati nje kapje i fiken 70 mij, i arrestuam nipin, thuaja ta dij, thuaj per 5 vk…shife ca do thot”, i shkruan Haxhiaj personin që kanë njohje të përbashkët me Myftiun.

Në bisedat e mësipërme thotë SPAK, Igli Haxhiaj komunikon me përdoruesin e kodit pin “….” përsëri në lidhje me dhënien e informacioneve në këmbim të marrjes së përfitimeve monetare.

Nga bisedat e mësipërme duket qartë se kur ai komunikon shifrën “5” bëhet fjalë për shumën monetare “5,000 Euro”, pasi përshkruan se është “5€” dhe shpjegon se “per 500, 1 mij sja vlen fare vllai”. Kjo bisedë vjen në përputhje me bisedën e datës 05.12.2020 të kryer me shtetasin Dario Myftiu, ku i komunikon se, “Jemi 3 veta nga 5 mij vlla”, duke konfirmuar faktin se “5 mij” është “5,000 Euro”.

Gjatë fazës së hetimeve paraprake për këtë procedim penal shtetasi Igli Haxhiaj në cilësinë e oficerit të policisë gjyqësore, në Drejtorinë e Forcës së Posaçme Operacionale, në Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme të Policisë së Shtetit, ka qenë pjesë e grupit të hetimit që ka kryer përgjimin dhe vëzhgimin e fshehtë të subjekteve të këtij procedimi penal, duke kryer veprime vëzhgimi ndaj shtetasit Dario Myftiu dhe automjeteve në përdorim të tij.

On 17.05.2019, citizen Igli Haxhiaj was a member of the surveillance group where the vehicle was found, which later turned out to be used by citizen Dario Myftiu. On this date, it was found that citizen Dario Myftiu met with citizen Gernard Beu (Ago), who is a defendant in the separate proceedings.

From this moment on, citizen Igli Haxhiaj was aware of the fact that citizen Dario Myftiu was part of the investigations and continuously carried out other procedural actions against this person and within the framework of the criminal proceedings of 2019.

"As part of the investigative actions carried out in connection with this criminal proceeding, including the period of December 2020, it has been decided to allow the interception of telephone conversations for citizen Dario Myftiu, citizen Asti Llupi, as well as other persons with whom there was information that citizen Dario Myftiu could cooperate in the commission of the criminal offense," the file states.

During the preliminary investigations, on 11.02.2020, the judicial police services installed recording equipment in the vehicle used by citizen Dario Myftiu, with which the conversations that took place inside the vehicle were recorded.

From 11.02.2020 onwards, including the period of December 2020, permission has been granted to intercept ambient conversations in the vehicle used by citizen Dario Myftiu.

Citizen Igli Haxhiaj has continuously performed the functions of a judicial police officer in conducting environmental surveillance and surveillance for all subjects of criminal investigation proceedings, for which the conduct of surveillance in public places has been continuously authorized.

Also, citizen Igli Haxhiaj was present in his capacity as a judicial police officer in carrying out the covert actions of installing technical interception equipment in the vehicle used by citizen Dario Myftiu, an action which was carried out on 12.03.2022.

All investigative and procedural actions of wiretapping telephone conversations, wiretapping environmental conversations in the vehicle with license plate AA691RE, as well as wiretapping and surveillance of persons in public places, were investigative and procedural actions which, based on Article 279/1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, constitute " Investigative Secret ".
