According to the investigative file, Judicial Police Officer Igli Haxhiaj was part of the investigations conducted by SPAK, regarding the beating of several people involved in criminal drug trafficking activities.

One of the people who was under surveillance and had the task of eavesdropping was the police officer from the operational force, Igli Haxhiaj .

Haxhiaj exposed the investigation specifically to the person under investigation for drug trafficking, Dario Myftiu.

According to the investigative file, it appears that between the pin code HY67U7 used by citizen Igli Haxhiaj and the pin code EC72PV, in 2020, in the time interval 21:36-21:58, the following conversations were conducted.

Conversations:

I.Haxhiaj : He is to be informed, what is it about, is he not interested, that is, now say this, how to give money, let him know what is there and when there is embarrassment that he knows he has it from behind, let him know, and every time we are behind him we let him know, oh brother, give us coffee, let him know every time we are behind him, because we can't close the matter, because there is someone else, just don't tell him who I am, don't know at all because he doesn't know what he is talking about.... Ok brother.... Let's give him €5, let's not kill him... tell him when you have brought a large amount of money received on the phone, and you have been with two girls. But it's not worth telling him less.... but for 500, 1 thousand it's not worth it at all brother, because we save all that money, the father loses 70 thousand with one arrest, we arrested his nephew, let him know, say for 5 deaths... see what he means.

In the above conversations, citizen Igli Haxhiaj communicates with the user of pin code EC72PV again regarding providing information in exchange for receiving monetary benefits.

From the above conversations, it is clear that when he communicates the number "5" he is referring to the monetary amount "5,000 Euros", as he describes it as "€5" and explains that "for 500, 1 thousand is not worth anything, bro...".

This conversation is consistent with the conversation dated 05.12.2020 conducted with citizen Dario Myftiu, where he communicates that, "...We are 3 people out of 5 thousand brothers", confirming the fact that "5 thousand.." is "5,000 Euros".

During the preliminary investigation phase of this criminal proceeding, citizen Igli Haxhiaj, in his capacity as a judicial police officer, at the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, at the General Directorate of the State Police, was part of the investigation group that conducted the wiretapping and covert surveillance of the subjects of this criminal proceeding, conducting surveillance actions against citizen Dario Myftiu and the vehicles in his use.

On May 17, 2019, citizen Igli Haxhiaj was a member of the surveillance group where the vehicle with license plate AA691RE was found, which later turned out to be used by citizen Dario Myftiu.

On this date, it was established that citizen Dario Muftiu met at " Bar Los Locos " with citizen Gernard Beu (Ago) , who is a defendant in the separate proceedings.

From this moment on, citizen Igli Haxhiaj was aware of the fact that citizen Dario Myftiu was part of the investigations and continuously carried out other procedural actions against this person and within the framework of the investigations of criminal proceedings no. 49 of 2019.

As part of the investigative actions carried out in connection with this criminal proceeding, including the period of December 2020, it was decided to allow the interception of telephone conversations for citizen Dario Myftiu, citizen Asti Llupi, as well as other persons with whom there was information that citizen Dario Myftiu could cooperate in the commission of the criminal offense.

During the preliminary investigations, on February 11, 2020, the judicial police services installed recording equipment in the vehicle with license plate AA691RE used by citizen Dario Myftiu, with which the conversations that were conducted inside the aforementioned vehicle by citizen Dario Myftiu were recorded.

From February 11, 2020 onwards, including the period of December 2020, a permit has been established to intercept ambient conversations in the vehicle with license plate AA691RE used by citizen Dario Myftiu.

Igli Haxhiaj has continued to perform the functions of a judicial police officer in conducting environmental surveillance and surveillance for all subjects of criminal investigation and proceedings, for which the conduct of surveillance in public places has been continuously authorized.

Also, citizen Igli Haxhiaj was present in his capacity as a judicial police officer in carrying out covert actions to install technical interception equipment in the Mercedes Benz GLE vehicle, with license plates AB638AI, used by citizen Dario Myftiu, an action which was carried out on March 12, 2022.

All investigative and procedural actions of wiretapping telephone conversations, wiretapping environmental conversations in the vehicle with license plate AA691RE, as well as wiretapping and surveillance of persons in public places, have been investigative and procedural actions that constitute "Investigative Secrets".
