The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused SPAK today, after the meeting of the DP Presidency, of protecting the former director of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, by not qualifying her as a member of the structured criminal group.
Berisha described this action as part of the efforts of what he called a "narco-regime" to protect Hysen.
According to him, the charge of revealing state secrets and aiding a person involved in criminal activity does not reflect the role that, according to him, the former head of SHISH had.
"Meanwhile, the drug regime's efforts to protect Vlora Hyseni are criminal. First, the party's prosecution does not consider her a member of a structured criminal group. Read the indictment. Leaking state secrets and aiding a criminal. Who do they want to sell this to? Isn't this the institution that rightly declared the group of Linda and Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agas a structured criminal group? What kind of cooperation would you have as a member of this group than to reveal state secrets to one of the main members of the group? Than to give all the data, how many times do you say? Do you know that from the day of Ergys Agas's arrest until the day the arrest warrant was issued, they have had 510 communications about Vlora Hyseni. In 45 days they have over 10 communications every day. And this is leaking secrets and aiding, this is a main member of the most dangerous criminal group" , said Berisha.
