Nuredin Dumani  testified at the Criminal Court of Kosovo in the context of the " Golden Bullet " file.

The justice associate spoke before the court about the robberies of money changers in Elbasan, Kavaja and Durrës with Talo Çela, Ilirjan Feçi, Gentian Sharra .

Robbery of a money changer in Kavaja

In Kavaja, there was a case with a money changer. There, I, Ilirjan Feçi, Gentjan Sharra and  Talo Cela were organized.

The robbery was carried out with an old Audi. Feçi had an aunt of his own who had a house near the highway. We used that house as a base, when we robbed we would leave the vehicles there. We went there a day in advance, as usual. We drove nearby, Talo Cela, Gentjan Sharra and I went to this house. We waited for the victim we were going to rob, he was about 60 years old. He saw me, I was wearing a hat and a mask. At that moment, Talo hit him in the face with a crowbar, 2-3 times and he fell to the ground. He couldn't speak, he just screamed. He had a bag like a suitcase, I had a knife in my hand. I took the bag and ran away. There were about 20 million lek, maybe more, because I remember well. That's what happened, we left.

The robbery at Villa Bashtova

 "There was another robbery at the Bashtovë Villa. Talo Çela and I participated. We entered the room of the two old men. We saw a safe. We both grabbed it and lifted it. We stopped at the Rrogozhina bridge, at the bazaar, after they took the safe."

The assassination attempt on Filip Gjeloshi

Yes. In 2020 I met Henrik Hoxhaj. I met him through Festim Qoli. Festim Qoli is a person known to me and my family. I know Ardjan Uzuni myself. In 2012 I sold him a 12.7 sniper. Ardjan Uzuni had received an order to kill Filip Gjeloshin. Henriku had given him 5 thousand euros in advance. He was in a Fiat Punto.. The person who shot him was not Henrik Hoxhaj but another person. His gun jammed.

Dumani : We robbed this person. Dorjan Shkoza gave us the information. I had seen him coming in a gray C Class. Dorjan had a friend. He told me that he had a friend like this, let's rob him, we'll get 100 thousand euros. For this event, I, Talo Cela, "Qimja"...

They put you behind to rob him.

Ervis Dedja was a friend of Festim Qoli's family. They had many businesses together, we met in a cafe by chance. In 2012 Dedja was murdered. After the murder, I found out that his friend Festim Qoli had killed him.

Tensions in the hall

The hearing was accompanied by tensions after the accused from SPAK I confronted the justice collaborator and interrupted his testimony. This forced the court to adjourn the hearing for several minutes.

Defendant Petrit Qoli : Nuredin Dumani is the most slanderous human being I have known in my 53 years of life.

Even the lawyers in the courtroom were against SPAK prosecutor Behar Dibra : Suggestive questions are being asked and pressure is being exerted on the justice collaborator.
