The 13th anniversary of the death of prosecutor Xhevat Hana is commemorated, who officially passed away after a serious and mysterious illness. 

But this official version has been questioned by the family members, who even today, after 13 years, have not found justice.

They remember today the 13th anniversary of the death of their relative and ask SPAK to uncover the truth about their brother's death, which they consider a murder.

" On the 13th anniversary of the unjust separation from life of our brother prosecutor Xhevat Hana! The murderous beasts, the bloodthirsty criminals of power who have stained their hands with blood, took his life unjustly in the line of duty, only to cover up the crimes and thefts they have committed in this country and on innocent people. We hope in SPAK, to bring the truth to light ," his brothers and sisters wrote.

Xhevat Hana is known as the prosecutor who unraveled the kidnapping and subsequent disappearance without trace to this day of Albanian-Macedonian businessman, Remzi Hoxha, by the state apparatus of the time in 1995, including in particular the former National Intelligence Service.

The prosecutor who revealed the names of former agents and leaders involved in this state crime, but who surprisingly, at the height of the court case, was affected by an illness and later passed away, even though he was sent by his family to Italy for treatment.
