Who wrote the inscription "For Shkëlzen " on a fax ?

Both Bumçi and Berisha have spoken publicly about the fax and have chosen the language of denial. The former Minister of Justice, after leaving SPAK, claimed that this document is forged, raising doubts among the opposition of that time.

If someone wanted to investigate the basis of Shkëlzen Berisha's connections and role, Gumi's name would have to be the first on the list of people questioned.

From 2009 to 2013, Viktor Gumi was a deputy of the Democratic Party in the Assembly of Albania.

While he currently practices as a lawyer, his name was mentioned again in 2018, after being rumored as one of the possible Electoral Reform experts.

Viktor Gumi was among the PD members in the Law Commission who were 'punished', Sali Berisha, for an article of the wiretapping law.

They overturned this article, as it multiplied by 29 times the possibility of interception of citizens.

Gumi clarified at the time that after this action of theirs, Berisha excluded all democratic deputies of the Law Commission from running for the elections of June 23, 2013.

Also, his name was mentioned in Prime Minister Edi Rama's book " Kurban ", where he was considered one of the best lawyers that Albania has. Since 2014, Viktor Gumi has been engaged as the managing partner of the law firm " GUMI & Associates "./ voice
