The Parliament of Spain has voted against the proposal of the Catalan parliamentary group "Junts" for the recognition of Kosovo's independence.

The three parliamentary groups with the greatest weight in the Lower House have lined up for not recognizing Kosovo's independence.

In total, only 25 MPs out of 345 who voted supported the initiative, while there were 293 votes against and 27 abstentions.
