PAMJET/ The citizen jumps from the terrace to escape the flames in Tirana

The damage to the building engulfed in flames is extensive.

A resident of the palace with tears in her eyes said that all the hard work of life is being destroyed before her eyes

The flames fell on the balcony of an apartment, on the top floor of the building on "Sali Butka" street around 2:20 p.m. and following.

So far, no injuries have been reported, while the palace does not have an emergency level.

VoxNews has provided a video where, as seen in the following footage, a citizen jumps from the apartment floor to escape the flames.
