Hajnaj's lawsuit, the Administrative Court suspends the competition in the State Police

The Administrative Court decided to suspend the competition for leaders in the State Police, opened at the beginning of November.

Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, who closely followed the process, reports that the decision was made following the lawsuit of Aida Hajnaj, who addressed the administrative authorities in Tirana after her mandate as director of BKH ended.

But while the law states that she returns to her previous position as director, nothing like that happened.

Under these conditions, Hajnaj requested administrative protection for the lawsuit and freezing of the competition for leadership in the State Police until her request for return as a leader in the Police is resolved.
