Transfer of the file for investigation, GJKKO postpones the preliminary hearing for Veliaj again

The preliminary hearing for Erion Veliaj has been postponed to November 17.

SPAK has read the submissions and requested that the file be sent to trial, in the next session where the defense attorney's positions will be given.

Erion Veliaj did not appear at the hearing, but was represented by his lawyers.
