The Constitutional Court has rejected Naureda Llagami 's request , leading Asim Vokshi towards confirmation as a member of the  Constitutional Court.

Llagami was one of three candidates running for the vacant position on the Constitutional Court, to succeed Holta Zaçaj.

To win the race, a candidate must secure at least 3/5 of the votes of the members of the Supreme Court, but none of the candidates reached this quorum.

As a result, according to the regulation, the candidate ranked first by the Judicial Appointments Council (JAC), namely Asim Vokshi, with 89.5 points, was appointed.

Llagami filed a request with the Constitutional Court, where he expressed doubts about the validity of the process, claiming that the 9th vote was deliberately declared invalid, which deprived him of the opportunity to win the position with a qualified majority of votes.
