They organized gambling in a bar, two people in handcuffs

The owner and administrator of a bar in Vlora have been arrested by the police. 

Arbër Lena and Sadiel Troka organized games of chance with computers and poker chips.

Police notification

The services of the Vlora Police Commissariat in cooperation with the "Eagle" Special Force, following information received in operational channels and within the framework of intensive controls to prevent and crack down on illegal activities in the field of gambling, successfully finalized the police operation codenamed "Game Over".

During the operation conducted in the "24 Maji" neighborhood, in the premises of a bar owned by citizen AL, 32 years old, it was found that illegal gambling activities were taking place.

At the end of the procedural actions, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:

AL, 32 years old, owner of the premises;

ST, 42 years old, bar administrator.

During the search, 7 computer devices used for gambling, 1 suitcase with poker chips, and 1 metal fist booster were seized as material evidence.

Also, during the verifications, it turned out that citizen AL had been declared wanted by the Berat Police Department, as a suspect for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics".

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further action.
