In the Special Court, Nuredin Dumani told how he hatched a plan with Talo Çela for the murder of Fatmira Deda, who was seeking justice for her executed son,  Elvis Deda .

Dumani said that the plan was initially to kill him at the cemetery, where he was going to visit his son's grave, but then it changed.

"We learned the victim's entire daily itinerary. We observed him in time segments. We knew the time when he went to the gas station, when he went to the cemetery, and when he went to a hospital in Currilat. I myself have followed him many times.

The observation started outside the neighborhood. Talo also observed it.  But while we were observing, Festim arrived from abroad. He told us "why didn't you do it?"  I didn't take it upon myself to do it at the cemetery, because we would have to walk a lot.

"Then we decided to commit the murder in the garage ," said Dumani, who also stated that they would stage the scene as a robbery.

Lawyer : Can you tell us details of the planning of Fatmira Deda's murder?

Dumani : After we decided with Talo Çela about the murder of Fatmira Dede and discussed how not to make it seem too serious.
