The coastal police of Vlora announce that yesterday they blocked three boats, a dinghy and two jet skis. 

The driver of the raft, the citizen with the initials VP, was also punished with a fine of 100,000 new leks, after the images published in the media transporting several passengers, violating the restricted area for watercraft.

Yesterday, 3 other boats, 1 raft and 2 "Jet skis" were blocked by the Border Police. The owner of one of the boats is fined an administrative measure of 100,000 new lek, after he did not respect the restricted area for boats, on the beach of Potami, Himare.

The services of the DVKM Vlorë, in cooperation with the services of the DVP Vlorë, following the controls of the vessels, taking the trigger from the footage published yesterday on social networks, in which a raft-type vessel appeared, with which passengers were being transported, in a restricted area for watercraft, on the beach of Potami, Himare, have made it possible to locate him.

After the location of the dinghy-type watercraft, based on law no. 43/2020 dated 23.04.2020, article 6, the owner of the watercraft, a citizen of VP, 50 years old, was fined an administrative measure of 100,000 new lek and the this vehicle, in the port of Himara.

Also, following the checks, in Himarë, 2 other watercraft "Jet skis", owned by the citizen FB, were blocked, for the purpose of checking for documentation, as well as for verification by the Traffic Section at DVP Vlorë.
