Journalist Eni Ferhati said in an interview with Euronews Albania that it is expected that in January we will have new developments in justice.

He said that once new information regarding the Sky ECC file arrives, we may have new criminal files, while adding that very serious events have already been investigated by SPAK.

"What impressed me is the latest file, that of Suel Çela's criminal organization, regarding the way this organization exercised its influence in the territory and regarding communications that were later uncovered by law enforcement officials."

What I like about the Special Prosecution's strategy is the investigations that SPAK is conducting into public tenders.

The biggest abuse of Albanian taxpayers' funds is in tenders and the Special Prosecution is doing a good job precisely in public auctions. Here we have seen various wonders of how documents are forged to favor a certain company. This has made institutions more careful in the exercise of their duties.

"I believe that in January, with the arrival of other information from Sky, you also have Matrix on the horizon, which it is not known whether it will be investigated in the same way. We will have other criminal files. There are other very serious events that have already been taken up by SPAK, such as the recent Dobraç massacre, for which several security measures have also been issued," said Ferhati.
