The Elbasan region has experienced problems as a result of bad weather with storms and heavy rainfall.

As a result of this situation, there have been power outages in some mountainous areas and landslides near roads.

On the Elbasan-Qafë Thanë road axis, there were two cases of falling rocks and trees, and on the Elbasan-Peqin axis, there were landslides.

Contracting firms have immediately intervened on all roads in order to unblock them and allow free circulation for vehicles.

The intense rainfall has also led to power outages in several mountainous areas of the municipalities of Librazhd, Prrenjas, Gramsh and Elbasan.

Meanwhile, OSHEE teams are working on the ground to repair the faults and restore the electricity supply.
