According to the investigative file, the discovery of this renegade within the ranks of the police was made possible by the investigative group, after combing the security cameras in the area where the murder took place.

It turned out that an hour after the triple crime at the Fushë-Kruja overpass, a gray vehicle approached the place where the perpetrators burned the car with which they executed Martinaj and his two friends.

From there, the officer made their departure from the scene, in order to escape the pursuit of the police.

"After the execution of Brilant Martinaj, Besmir Hoxha and Dikler Vata, on July 17, 2022, this event happened in the Fushë-Kruja Overpass, the investigative group received and administered a large number of security cameras mounted on the Kamez- Krujë-Laç field. From the examination of these cameras as well as from the information received from confidential sources, it turns out that the MD citizen is the person who helped to hide the perpetrators of the triple murder before and after the event", the investigation file states.

According to the investigative team, everything seems to have been organized. And not for nothing, the perpetrators of the murder have chosen to leave the scene with a recognition of themselves in the ranks of the police.

The MD operative is thought to have used the police waves to escape the encirclement of his colleagues.

This best explains the fact how the perpetrators were able to leave the scene of the crime, without being dictated to by the police.

"From the verification done, it appears that the MD citizen uses the vehicle with license plate AA00 ... gray in color. From the side of the judicial police, it has not been possible to secure the number or mobile numbers of this person, who is described as a suspect, as an accomplice in this event of the murder of 3 people", it is further stated in the investigation file.

According to the investigation file, this police officer did not serve as support for the killers only after the event, but also before it, sheltering them.

He is said to have kept the perpetrators of the murder, in his apartment, even the night before the crime, not closing his work here.
