The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) is in the final phase of communicating the charges against the 33 people arrested in what is called the "Dumani" file, an unexpected move related to this case, took place in Elbasan. According to journalist Elton Qyno, who writes for "OraNews", SPAK has made the decision to declare legal incompetence for the three doctors arrested after the medical visit they made to Nuredin Duman in the premises of the house where he was staying in Fier.

Julian Malaj, a doctor by profession, Bledi Bërdalli, a doctor by profession, and Ermal Gjecin, a nurse by profession, near the Fier Regional Hospital, will now be investigated by the Fier Prosecutor's Office, as all three are accused of "Criminal Concealment" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth". . During the investigative phase, the three doctors denied the accusations, showing that they had only gone to the premises of the house once, without having any information on the identity of the person they wanted to treat.

Bledi Bërdalli has shown that he was contacted by Henrik Hoxhaj with whom he had an acquaintance, he was answered on the phone and he was asked for help to treat a person. Therefore, Bërdalli contacted a nurse and a surgeon to see the wound and visited Henrik Hoxhaj's friend.

The visit was made in the premises of an apartment on the 4th floor of a building in Fier, where after the treatment the doctors did not give hope to Nuredin Duman to improve if he was not treated in a medical clinic.
