A judicial police officer, who serves at the prosecutor's office in Tirana, has been questioned by Belgian and Albanian investigators regarding his involvement in a relationship beyond the profession, with Cassander Noga.
The latter was arrested in Brussels, Belgium, as there is strong evidence that together with his right-hand man, Kevin Suchin, they attempted to kill their opponent Erion Hasanbelli with 7 bullets on June 11, 2022.
"Ora News" learns that within the framework of the investigations that the Belgian authorities are conducting in Albania for Kassander Noga and Kevin Suchi alias Zeneli, the judicial police officer with the initials Sh.K.
The Albanian investigator, it turns out, was discovered by a photo message sent by phone from Albania to Belgium in the direction of Cassander Noga.
According to the Belgian file arrived in Albania, the Tirana prosecutor's officer, through two messages, informed Noga about the movements of the Albanian citizen, Mikel Rakipllari, who later turned out to be Erion Hasanbelliu.
At the same time, the officer appears to have informed Kassander Noga, in detail, about the movements through the TIMS system of citizen Renato Rapaj, the latter a close friend of Hasanbelli.
The contacts and informative messages of the Tirana officer in the direction of Kassander Noga, have been ascertained by the Belgians on the phone of Kassander Noga, who was caught by the Brussels police after the assassination attempt on Hasanbelli.
Belgian investigators have raised strong suspicions that using the network and information system of the Albanian police, Kassander Noga, has received accurate data on the travels of his opponent Erion Hasanbelli and Renato Rapaj.
This information served Noga to organize and implement the plan together with Kevin Suçin, with the aim of killing Hasanbelli on June 11, 2022. He was shot with 7 bullets from a "Makrov" pistol, while Hasanbelli was traveling by car on the boulevard "Adolphe Max 76" in Brussels.
Initially, the police thought that the injured person was Mikel Rakipllari, after finding his passport in the car. But after the investigations, it was confirmed that it was about the Albanian citizen, Erion Hasanbelliu.
The Belgian investigators have followed all the connections of the two perpetrators of this crime, causing them to visit Albania a short time ago, in order to carry out 10 investigative tasks.
One of these tasks is related to the questioning of the judicial police officer who serves at the Tirana prosecutor's office.
