Vlora police have arrested a 29-year-old man, who is accused of several thefts in the coastal city.

From the investigative actions it results that this citizen, disguised with a hood, cape and gloves, and using objects such as a hammer and crowbar, committed burglaries in various markets in the city of Vlora, specifically:

• On 12.12.2024, in the "Pavarësia" neighborhood, he stole packs of cigarettes and a sum of money from the cash register in a supermarket;

• On 16.12.2024, in the "1 Maji" neighborhood, in a market, he stole a large amount of money;

• On 18.12.2024, in the "Lef Sallata" neighborhood, in a market, he stole a large amount of money;

• On 23.12.2024, in the "Lef Sallata" neighborhood, he attempted to rob a supermarket;

• On 24.12.2024, in the same neighborhood, he stole a large amount of money from a supermarket;

• On 29.12.2024, in the "Pavarësia" neighborhood, he robbed two supermarkets, taking products and a sum of money.

As material evidence, the following items were seized: a hooded cape, a crowbar, two hammers, a pair of gloves, and several stolen products.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecution Office at the Vlora Court of First Instance, for the criminal offense of "Theft".
