A 62-year-old man from Kosovo , declared internationally wanted by the Albanian police, has been arrested in Germany.

The State Police clarifies that it is about Fadil Ibish , for whom the Court of Durrës has imposed a prison sentence, after he threatened a citizen to give him 5 thousand euros or otherwise he would publish intimate videos.

Also, it is suspected that this person sexually harassed the granddaughter of this citizen.

This person is accused of the criminal offenses "Intimidation", "Coercion by means of threats or violence to give property" and "Sexual harassment".

Police notification:

Interpol Tirana and Interpol Wiesbaden are carrying out the procedures for his extradition to Albania.

The exchange of information with the German counterparts, within the coded police operation "Partners", led to the location in Germany, the capture and arrest of the Kosovar citizen declared internationally wanted:

This citizen was declared an international wanted by Interpol Tirana, after the Court of Durrës, with the decision dated 03.02.2022, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Intimidation", "Coercion by means of threats or violence for giving property" and "Sexual Harassment".

The FI citizen is suspected of having threatened a citizen, for giving 5000 euros, not to publish her intimate videos. Also, it is suspected that he sexually harassed the granddaughter of this citizen.

The capture of this citizen was the result of the information provided by the Albanian Police and its exchange with the German counterparts.
