With about a month left until the parliamentary elections on May 11, ballots for the diaspora have arrived in Albania. The State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, explained the procedure for preparing these ballots a few days ago.

He emphasized that, after the arrival of the ballots, the preparation of envelopes and all necessary documentation will begin.

"Around April 7-8, we will have the ballots here for voting from abroad, while on April 8-9-10 we will begin preparing envelopes and all documentation for voters abroad, hoping that this process will be completed by April 15 or 17 at the latest."

"Then, there will be enough time to bring them to the CEC by 7:00 PM on May 11," Celibashi declared on April 2.
