The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in a communication to the media, spoke about the Special Prosecutor's Office and the fight against corruption.

During his speech, he underlined that civil society must cooperate. " In cases of corruption, we have used all types of interception and other means as a means of searching for evidence. As a whole, today, the Special Prosecutor's Office has prosecuted judges of the GJK, the high court, judicial police officers. So we have a large number of subjects for whom we have filed criminal charges, we will continue to do so whenever we have indications or data that we are facing such a criminal offense. The biggest concern is those who are and have gone through this process and continue to exercise the functions of judges and prosecutors. Currently, there are premises that corrupt acts can be committed ," he said.

He also emphasized that every institution must fulfill its obligations, while calling on citizens to denounce any corrupt act in SPAK.

" Responsible institutions for the fight against corruption must be at the right level. We must supply SPAK with information or reports" , he said.
