They were put under investigation by the Lezha prosecutor's office for the criminal offense of "Abuse of Duty", and in the framework of this investigation, Iva Harka's prosecutor's office requested their suspension from duty, a request that was approved by the Lezha Court.

According to the prosecution, two cadastre officials have legalized a building in the area of ​​Kunes in Shengjin in violation of the law.

The suspension decision has been appealed to the Tirana Court of Appeal, while a few days ago 11 employees were also suspended on the charge of non-implementation of a court decision for not returning to the state an alienated piece of land in the area of ​​Rana e Hedhur in Shengjin.
