Part of the investigative file is another unfinished order. Florenc Çapja, known in the city of Elbasan and present in several criminal events, according to Duman, has demanded the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari. He was offered the same amount as Dokles and the order had to be carried out. Sanxhaktari is the son-in-law of the former mayor of Elbasan, Qazim Sejdini, who is already in prison, convicted for the murder of his friend, Florenc Lamçja.

This message was shown before the SPAK prosecutors by the citizen Henrik Hoxhaj.

In his testimony, the latter says that he was offered 200 thousand euros to eliminate Sanjaktar. However, as he states that he did not know the reason for the murder.

Testimony of Henrik Hoxhaj:

"Regarding the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, I talked to Nuredin when we were at his house before the murder of the Haxhia brothers. During a conversation, Nuredini told me that he had received an offer for the murder of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, who was the son-in-law of the mayor of Elbasan, Qazim Sejdini. We left him to meet the citizen Bled Muça after Nuredin had received the order from this citizen. The meeting with Bledi did not take place after the murder of the Haxhia brothers. In connection with the preparation for Sokol's murder, Nuredin had led people to get information on his movements and had learned that Sokol came out in the morning or afternoon accompanied by a gunman, by car both. We would both go to meet Bled Muca and I would do the work because I did not want the money to be shared with other people. The one who would be used as a driver in the murder would also be the informant for Sokol's movements. I would get 150,000 euros, while the driver 50,000 euros. This much has been told to me by Nuredin. I do not know the reason why the murder would be committed. "I have not had any meetings with any person except Nuredin."
