From the investigative file, he results as involved in the murder of Dorjan Shkoza, Anxhelo Avdia, brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia, Emiliano Ramazani, the attempts to kill Filip Gjeloshi and Lulzim Masha, as well as in providing the means and conditions to kill Indrit Doklen , Elton Kile and Sokol Sanxhaktarin. He is also accused of being involved in the trityl located in Talo Çela's house.

Charges against Henrik Hoxhaj

Henrik Hoxhaj, previously convicted for "Failure to report a crime" and "Illegal possession of weapons", currently detained for another criminal offense, suspected of committing criminal offenses of:

1. "Intentional premeditated murder", to the detriment of the victim of the criminal offense Filip Gjeloshi (event dated 05.02.2011 in the city of Tirana) and "Illegal production and possession of weapons and ammunition", committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization".

2. "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, committed more than once, "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", to the detriment of the victims Dorjan Shkoza and Angelo Avdia (event that took place on 02.03.2020) and to the detriment of the victims Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia (event that took place on 27.04.2020 in the city of Durrës) committed in special cooperation with that of the structured criminal group, “The group structured criminal ”, (in the role of participant) and“ Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group ”.

3. "Premeditated murder" and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Structured criminal group" and "Participation in a structured criminal group" provided by Articles 78/2, 278 / 1, 28/4, 333 / ae 334 of the Criminal Code (murder to the detriment of the victim Emiliano Ramazani on 20 July 2020 in the neighborhood 28 Nëntori, Elbasan).
