The daughter of renowned poet Lasgush Poradeci, Maria, has reacted harshly to justice institutions, denouncing what she calls "32 years of suffering, trials and corruption" over a family property in the heart of Pogradec.
According to Maria, it concerns a piece of land in the "1 Maji" flower garden, about 3 meters from a private bar, which has been used illegally by others for decades, although the courts have granted ownership rights at all levels.
"I have documents since the time of Zog. I have won in three instances of court for the right of pre-emption and for invalid contracts. But for 32 years I have not found justice, because money has blocked every legal path. Whoever uses my property as a business makes money on my land and pays every state official with it," Maria writes on Facebook.
The poet's daughter adds that, although the court decisions are final, state authorities have not implemented them, leaving room for private entities to continue their activities on her property.
"Thirty-two years – one life. I have won in every court, but injustice continues. The state is silent, the institutions are trapped. The whoredom of this system knows no end," she declares.
The full reaction of Maria, Lasgush Poradeci's daughter:
For a piece of land in the "1 Maji" flower garden in Pogradec, which is 3 meters away from the bar (it is a garden for the bar), with documents from the time of Zog, with a 3rd degree court victory for the right to pre-purchase the dance floor that is on this land, with a 3rd degree court victory for an invalid contract.... I have 32 years of courts, offices and I can't find justice because money has blocked it.

I sue THAT "owner" of the bar continues his business and with the money he earns on my property he pays every state official. The whoredom of the state continues.... Thirty-two years ---- one life. How should I behave????????!!!!!!!!!!/ VoxNews
