Korça/ 40-year-old man injured with a knife, police announce search for the perpetrator

A 40-year-old man was stabbed yesterday (February 4) by a 39-year-old man, and police are searching for the suspected perpetrator.

The incident occurred in front of a bar in the city of Korça.

According to the police, 49-year-old Ergys Shtylla stated that he was shot for weak motives by the 39-year-old with the initials DM.

'After the preliminary actions carried out and the information provided, it became possible to identify the suspected perpetrator of the incident, citizen D. M, 39 years old. Citizen E. Sh, in the report provided, stated that for weak motives he had been shot with a cutting tool (knife) by citizen DM. Police services continue checks to capture 39-year-old D. M ,' the police announced today.

The prosecution continues its work to fully clarify the circumstances and legally document the event.
