Anyone who misuses another person's image to open fake profiles on social networks or any other site will be punished with a fine of up to 3 years in prison.
This is provided for in the draft of the new Criminal Code in Article 842 on "Illegal use of image".
In these cases, criminal prosecution begins only when the victim or lawyer files a complaint, and is dismissed when the injured party withdraws.

2. Criminal prosecution for a criminal offense begins with a complaint from the victim or his/her legal representative and ceases with his/her withdrawal.
