"I killed him because he wouldn't give me money", neighbors deny

Fier was shocked yesterday by the discovery of a very serious incident within the Rama family in the village of Frashër. The second daughter of the family, Emanilda Rama, strangled her father, 56-year-old Anesti Rama, with a wire on the evening of July 23 at around 11:00 PM.

The incident was initially reported as an accident, with the 26-year-old, aided by her mother, attempting to cover up the crime. After authorities discovered the truth, the 26-year-old testified to police that she killed her father because he wouldn't give her money and wouldn't let her have fun.

But, according to neighbors, this statement is not true, as the 56-year-old was illiterate. They add that the money he received from his job at the livestock farm where he worked was withdrawn by his daughter and wife at an ATM.
