Klevis Alla 'stirs' the waters/ Met Tonin Vocaj, Dumani eavesdropped

Klevis Alla, the first associate of the SPAK special prosecution, who speaks about the murder of 4 people in Durrës, tells the initial minutes how after the execution of the brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia, the criminal police of this city fell on his trail.

The colleague says that he was aware that the police had discovered him, but on the other hand, Nuredin Dumani threatened him. According to him, he surrendered to the police, calling the inspector of the area and after going to the Durrës police, he only requested a meeting with Toni Vocaj, the Director of Criminal Police in the State Police.


Alla says that she didn't trust anyone at the Durrës police after they informed Nuredin Duman, so she requested a personal meeting with Toni Vocaj, to whom, according to him, she confessed the whole incident of the murder of Besmir Hashia, Viktor Haxhia, Dorian Shkoza. and Angelo Avdija.

But even though he stayed for almost 1 hour with Toni Vocaj, and was afraid that Nuredin Dumani would find out what Alla declared to the police, Klevis Alla again, it turns out that he was not honest in front of Toni Vocaj.

The colleague also lied to the Director of the Criminal Police, and this is clearly stated in the statement given on April 30, 2020.

In the first testimony that she gave with the record-declaration, just a few moments after the meeting with Toni Vocaj, Alla did not mention Nuredin Duman at any time.

He did the same thing in the second testimony, not including the hired killer, but he mentions an Illyrian name called "Bubi", which to this day he has not shown to the people of justice who it is.

Alla says that just one day after the double crime of April 27, 2020, the police went to his apartment, accompanying and interrogating his father, Xhemal Alla, who worked as a scrap collector in Durrës.

But the repentant has shown in the fourth testimony given voluntarily on February 26, 2021, that Nuredin Dumani had information and knowledge about all the movements of the Durrës police in his house.

In the fourth testimony, Klevis Alla, tells prosecutors Altin Dumani and Doloreza Musabelliu, that:

"...I have notified you today to testify once more about the event, after I was fully assured that I will be in the defense program as an associate of justice, and that in relation to the event I have to clarify and add some moments..."

According to Alla's testimony, Nuredin Dumani had a confidant in the Durrës police, who informed him of every action and every person who was accompanied and interrogated. Alla shows a case where Dumani was informed from within the police about every movement, and this case is related to the theft of a Benz-Mercedes ML foristrade, which was taken from a person named Arben, with which the murder of Besmir Haxhi was planned.

For this incident, Klevis Alla was escorted to the police station and after being interrogated, he was released again.

"...as soon as I left the Police Station, I took the car that I had parked in front of the police and took out the "IPhone 7" phone, encrypted which had the "SKY Chat" program installed. As soon as I turned it on, I received a text message on "Sky Chat" from Nuredini and it says: "...Since you finished work at the police, come, I'm waiting for you at home." I still don't know how Nuredini found out that I was in the police at that moment. When I went there, he told me that: "...I stole the ML car...", he told me not to kill your brain because you won't find anything..." - says Alla.

Alla further adds that: "...I remember that after two days, Nuredini, seeing that the owner of the ML vehicle was suspicious of me and said to me: "...I talked to the chunas and the ML is not suitable, I did the assassination, we have found another among my friends and Talos. He told me that the car they had found was in Elbasan. I clarify that we left the ML car in Arapaj, in an alley which, as far as I know, inside the prison, was later found by the police...".

Even the associate Klevis Alla says that his movements in the police were controlled even after the murder of Besmir and Viktor Haxhi

"...one day after the incident, I went home again and as soon as I entered the backyard I met my mother, who was worried because the police had come and taken my father to the Durrës Police Station. I got dressed, took around 200 Euros with me and ran away from home. As soon as I left the apartment, Nuredini called me on the "Whatsapp" application and on the phone and told me "...go away, they called me and informed me...", after he had received information from someone from the police, that they had accompanied my father to the Durrës Police and he was scared..." - says Alla.

According to Alla, he did not follow Duman's order to hide, but went to a friend's house in Plazh, and after staying there for 1 night, the next day he left for his apartment in the Nishtulla area.

"...when I went to Nishtulla, I met my father, I don't remember where I met him, but he told me that they had accompanied him and wanted to know my location on the day of the incident. I told my father how it was, telling him that I was also involved in the murder of the Haxhia brothers, since those people had a car of their own at my work. I broke up with my dad and told him that we will talk about everything, how we would act and what we would do. I called the neighborhood police and said where are you? I remember that we met with the police of the area near the appeal court in Shkozët. Together with my father, we got into the police car and went to the Durrës Police Station. When I went to the police, I told the leaders that I wanted to speak in the presence of the Crime Director, Mr. Tonin Voci, to whom I explained all the events as stated in the statement,

But in the first statement given in the presence of Tonin Vocaj and in the other 3 statements given before the prosecutors and officers, Klevis Alla, there is a big discrepancy with the other two testimonies of the collaborators, Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj.

This is because they themselves assume that they organized and carried out the murder of Besmir Haxhia, Viktor Haxhia, Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdisa, excluding Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci from participating in these 4 murders.

These two people are mentioned only by the first collaborator of this file, and they are two people who are considered to be the main enemies of Nuredin Duman, who in April 2020 and the following sought them at all costs and made plans with Henrik Hoxhaj to kill him.

The fact that Alla mentions Ndoci and Çela as protagonists in this murder has raised suspicions from SPAK prosecutors that he may have been taught and threatened by Nuredin Dumani, before Alla presented herself to the Durrës police.

Klevis Alla, in his testimony, remembers the moment when on April 27, 2020, the group gave the green light to jump into action and kill Besmir Haxhina. According to him, the "Toyota" had been locked in his garage for several days, while he had cleaned this vehicle with alcohol to remove any possible fingerprints.

"...I ran from my house to my service station on foot. I took the "Toyota" type car and headed to the overpass on the highway, which has an iron bridge leading to the church of "St. Vlash". When I was at the iron bridge, I called Nuredin and he told me, "...I came, I came...". Nuredini ро came from his house with my Benz because he didn't have a car. Nuredini arrived, who was at the wheel of my car, accompanied by citizens Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci, where they were disguised with black masks. Talo Çela had a mask like the one Admir Murati used in the robbery in Rinas...".

Alla says that they got out of the Benz type car, which they left near the highway and then the three of them got into the "Toyota" car and went directly to the area where they planned to commit the murder, executing the two brothers Besmir and Viktor Pilgrimage. (Ora News)
