Court of Berat

The prosecutor of Berat, Dritan Gripshi, was threatened by a person near the city court.

Prosecutor Gripshi was the one who went to the police and reported the threat he received, according to him, from citizen Andon Qako.

Prosecutor Gripshi said that he was threatened because of his duty while leaving the court premises after a court session.

According to him, Qako stopped the prosecutor and then threatened him, while the police immediately requested the escort of the suspected author.

Qako is a well-known person in Berat, often active for the protection of animal rights, as well as involved in several previous conflicts. On social networks, it is reported that Qako has also offended Berat prosecutors.
