SPAK prosecutors continue their visit to the USA together with the OPDAT team from the American embassy in Tirana.

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani , has met with the head of the Public Integrity Unit of the US Department of Justice, responsible for the criminal prosecution of corruption in the US.

SPAK officials will continue their meetings at DEA and FBI offices.

"The OPDAT team from the US Embassy in Tirana continued their visit to Washington together with SPAK officials. The head of SPAK Altin Dumani met with the head of the Public Integrity Unit of the US Department of Justice, responsible for the prosecution of public corruption cases in the United States.

SPAK officials met with other Department of Justice teams and also visited the library in the main justice building.

The group will continue the study tour in Washington with visits to the US State Department, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) ," the US embassy said in a statement.
