A day after making public the document of the criminal report to the prosecutor's office by IKMT for the additional floors in the center of Tirana which were confiscated by the state, Prime Minister Edi Rama has today also made public the fine imposed by the Inspectorate.

The fine is dated June 24, 2022. The Prime Minister says that the fault lies with the blinded judge who gave the right to the entity that violated the law.

“Pas dokumentit të kallëzimit penal që patë dje, ja edhe dokumenti i gjobës prej 162 milionë 634 mijë e 500 lekë të reja ose 1 milionë 366 mijë e 130 USD, për metrat katrorë pa leje në qendër të Tiranës, të cilat para pak ditësh i mori shteti, për interes publik. Shikojeni edhe datën e vendosjes së kësaj gjobe nga Inspektoriati Kombëtar i Mbrojtjes së Territorit dhe përmes dokumentit tjetër bashkëngjitur, informohuni se kjo gjobë, ka rënë në duart e një gjykatësi aq të verbuar, sa që pa iu dridhur dora i ka dhënë kompanisë të drejtë në shkallën e parë, ndërkohë që ligji është i qartë, sasia e gjobës për metër katror shtesë pa leje përcaktohet me ligj, metrat katrorë shtesë pa leje janë aty…
