Alma Kaçi, the girl who was seen in the intimate video with the former mayor of Durrës Safet Gjici, has been caught by the police in Shkodër.

Kaçi has been put under "house arrest" under the charge of active corruption.

On the other hand, today the former head of Kuka municipality, Safet Gjici, was put in handcuffs for passive corruption, by order of SPAK.

In the video made public a week ago, Gjici appears having intimate relations with Alma Kaçi, and after having sex they talk about a tender for street dogs.

Safet Gjici was arrested by order of SPAK near his apartment in Tirana.
