The Special Prosecution Office has filed charges against Jurgis Çyrbja, Ahmet Masha and Altin Hajri.

SPAK requested 3 years in prison for former SP MP Çyrbja, which is reduced to 2 years from the shortened sentence.

For Altin Hajri, the Special Prosecution Office also requested three years in prison, which is also reduced to two years from the shortened sentence, while for Ahmet Masha, 2 years and 6 months in prison were requested, which is reduced to 1 year and 8 months.

Çyrba and Hajri are accused of corruption in the 2021 elections and revealing state secrets, while Masha is accused of supporting the perpetrators of the crime.
