The week starts with rain and snowfall in the Alps

On Monday, our country will be affected by unstable weather conditions.

The weather is forecast to be mostly cloudy with alternating clear spells from noon to afternoon. Presence of moderate intensity rainfall in the form of short-term thunderstorms accompanied by lightning from the first hours of the day until the morning hours mainly along the Western Lowlands.

After the morning hours, rainfall is expected with low intensity along the Western Lowlands, while along the mountainous reliefs, occasionally in the form of short-term storms, after noon the rainfall loses territory, being localized in the mountainous reliefs to the east. In the Alps, snowfall (flakes) with low intensity.

Fog/mist along the valley areas in the morning and evening hours as well as at the time of rainfall.

The wind will blow mainly west at an average speed of 5m/s, along the coastline and valleys at speeds up to 10m/s.

Sea – Waves in the Adriatic and Ionian Seas of force 1-2.
