The murder of the 27-year-old Albanian in London, while defending his friend during a fight, has returned to the center of attention with the discovery of new details.

Lumturi Zeqja, 27, died in front of his friends after a fight in Church Lane, Leytonstone at 11pm on Sunday.

Shocking footage released shows his friends begging him not to die and to "keep breathing" as he lay in a grassy front garden. But tragically, he died at the scene.

His cousin Violet Uka told The Standard: “ He had been living in London for 13 years. He was a hard worker. He stepped into the middle of the fight to separate his friend and was killed. He was a brave and kind man who intervened to save his friend. The killer's hand has left us all miserable. Lum took us at the most beautiful age. There are no words to console his family."

So far, no one has been arrested for the murder of the 27-year-old Albanian. A 20-year-old injured man is receiving treatment in the hospital, whose life is not in danger.

Inspector Adam Callaghan stated that investigations are continuing to find the perpetrator of this murder as soon as possible.

"Our investigation is progressing rapidly and we are following a number of lines of inquiry. Our priority is finding the person responsible and getting justice for the victim and his family ," Callaghan said.
