The adventure of three tourists from the Czech Republic who were stranded on the border with Theth and Valbona, precisely in the place called Upper Curraj, is well closed.

The tourists in question were rescued after two operations performed by the EC 135 Air Force helicopter crew, and it is learned that they are all in good health after being transported to Lekbibaj.


Tourists were exploring the area but were stranded due to the difficult and steep terrain, as well as the tourists' distance from the drivable area.

According to sources, the foreign tourists had to walk several kilometers, helped by law enforcement and local residents, because the helicopter could not land where they were. They were transported to Bjeshket e Vashqefeni, where it was possible to land the helicopter.
