The former director of ARRSH, Sonila Qato, goes to GJKKO

The former director of ARRSH, Sonila Qato, went to GJKKO today.

Sonila Qato is suspected of violating equality with the Kardhiq-Delvin road tender. The Special Prosecutor's Office has found elements of the criminal offense of "abuse of duty", "violation of equality in tenders", "falsification of documents" and "passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", while the investigation continues for the 7th lot of the street Kardhiq-Delvina worth almost 60 million euros.

Initially, it was the Supreme State Control that discovered the violations and referred the materials.

The defendants are Sonila Qato, Elona Gogo, Simon Prendi, Arbër Troka, Ariana Hasani, Erdit Salillari and Almir Hoxhaj. Meanwhile, Nikollaq Mihali, Miranda Shkurti, Admir Pahumi are also under investigation.
