Ibrahim Lici, wanted for several murders in Shkodër, has reacted to the news that he was arrested a few days ago in Turkey.

Through an audio message sent to the media, Lici states that there is nothing true about those news and that he is free.

He denies being the author of the murder of Endri Mustafa in the Livadhe area in May 2021, as well as the murder of two brothers Astrit and Brahim Bilali, which happened on March 30, 2019, and to prove this, he further adds that he submitted the evidence to the Prosecutor's Office.

He says that he lives freely in Turkey and asks the Police to react to the news of the arrest about when and where they arrested him.

"I am free. I have not been arrested. Regarding the incident for which I am accused of murdering Endri Mustafa, I submitted the cameras to the Prosecutor's Office and the telephone cells that prove that I was in Tirana at the time the crime took place.

This is proven with pictures and cell phones. I await the court's decision to clear up the incident and bring the real perpetrators to justice. Even for the murder of the Bilali brothers, I was never under investigation by the Prosecutor's Office and I was declared wanted by the police, that is, wanted by the police as a person to be interrogated, only that I was not found in the apartment.

I have never had a conflict with the Bilali brothers. It is very strange to request my extradition at a time when I have not been arrested and I call on the police to come out in a statement about where and when I was arrested because I am free and awaiting trial. I live freely in Turkey and I am waiting for the incident to be revealed. My photos clearly show the free life I lead in the Turkish state," says Ibrahim Lici.
