But what is the criminal activity of Ervin Mata discovered through the Sky ECC application? And how is it connected to a vast organized criminal group?

According to the file provided by the show "Në 'Shenjestër" Ervin Mata seems to have had the role of liaison in drug trafficking between his associates in South America and Eralbi Breçani, the eldest son of the former deputy director of the police of Tirana, Erzen Breçani , to whom he had given his sister as a wife. Eralbi Breçani had the role of orderer and financier for the purchase of narcotics in the country of origin. Likewise, due to his connections, mainly in South America, he had established contacts with other members of the group who had traveled to these countries, in order to organize the illegal activity of drug trafficking.

Regarding Besmir Murtati, the latter turns out to have been the orderer and financier for the purchase of narcotics in Brazil. But the most interesting part of the whole investigation is the already decoded conversations between the group, but especially between Ismail Zeneli and Eralbi Breçani. And many years later, Ismail Zeneli thought it was time to take revenge. And to order their murder.

The episode regarding the provision of conditions for the murder of citizens Edmond and Albert Nela: On May 18, 2013, it turns out that on the street 'Church Road' in the city of Kent in England, a shot was fired at the citizen Xhem Krasniqi of Albanian nationality. He was injured in the abdomen and died a few days later due to his injuries.

At the time he was shot, Xhem Krasniqi was accompanied by his nephew, citizen Kelmend Murataj and his brother, citizen Ismail Zeneli.

The suspected perpetrators of this event were the Albanian citizen Edmond Nela, who after a trial in the United Kingdom, was declared innocent, and in the first moments his brother was also wanted by the Sussex police. In 2020, citizen Ismail Zeneli alias Luan Sadria communicated with citizen Bujar Ajeti alias Bujar Gërmizi. From the conversations, it is suspected that Ismail Zeneli was interested in finding and killing the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela, with the aim of revenge for the murder of his brother Xhem Krasniqi alias Guximtar Sadria, and for the realization of the criminal purpose he contacted the citizen Bujar Ajeti. Citizen Ismail Zeneli has held several meetings with citizen Bujar Ajeti in Albania and has also carried out several actions in order to identify the Nela brothers' apartment.

This is also the moment when Dedan Gjoni enters the game for providing information about the Nela brothers. Until his arrest, head of crimes at police station No. 6 in Tirana.

"Bujar Gërmizi, through the user JTD0FN, has established contact with the police officer Dedan Gjoni, identified as the user of Sky EÇ DM16CF, with whom he contacted and through him managed to find addresses and vehicles from the State Police system for the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela.
