From the conversation conducted where "Bardhi" "hydro power plant" is mentioned, referring to our actions and verifications, it results that the entity "Breçani ROSP" sh.pk, with the object of activity is private insurance of physical security and, among other things, the utilization and administration of the hydro power plant "Drita", with sole partner and administrator Fatbardh Breçan, Erzen Breçan's brother, by decision No. 14 dated 12.07.2019 et KKT, a permit was approved for the construction of the facility "Construction of the renewable source of energy, the hydropower plant "Drita, in Gahi River, Tropoje Municipality, Kukes District". "Breçani ROSP" has built the "Drita" hydropower plant and registered with the CKB with NUIS L99524601K dated 24.09.2019 "HEC Drita Energy", with sole partner "Breçani ROSP" and administrator citizen Eralbi Breçani for the period 23.09.2019-23.09.2024 . The name of the citizen Erzen Breçani does not appear in any of the documents deposited in the KKB or foundation act. According to the ÇcTS system, Erzen Breçani himself is employed in the company Breçani ROSP
