The assassination attempt in KRUJĖ/ the 'evidence' that led Valter

Valter Bami was arrested yesterday afternoon by the Police in Tirana.

He was accompanied in connection with the serious event that occurred on July 4 in Larushke in Fushë-Kruja , where one person was killed and two others were injured.

This is the second time that Valter Bami has been escorted by the police, first he was escorted on Tuesday, a few hours after the event in question, but he was released.

However, last evening, it was announced that Bami was arrested and his fingerprints were taken.

From the expertise, the results of which came out the day before, it turned out that gunpowder remains were found on Bami's left hand, which means that there was a gunshot on the night of the murder.  

During the interrogation at the Tirana police department , Bami said that when the incident happened he was staying at home.

However, in his testimony, Bami stated that he had nothing to do with the incident, and that he had welded, so there were gunpowder residues, but the investigators doubt that he is involved.

So far, he is charged with possession of a weapon until stronger evidence is found to accuse him of the assassination.
