Sentenced to life imprisonment, the Supreme Court returns the case of Almir Harun for retrial

Almir Haruni

The Supreme Court overturned two life sentences for Almir Haruni, also known as Peter Dedja.

He was convicted of double murder in Italy. The two levels of the judiciary in Albania recognized the sentence in Italy in 2006. 6 years after the appeal, the high judges overturned this decision.

Harun was known in Italy with 5 other identities. Currently, he is in Peqin prison.
