Drunk and at high speed, the identity of the driver and the victim from the accident in Durrës is revealed (NAMES)

New details emerge from the Dajlani Bridge accident where an 18-year-old woman died. 

The victim was Vikena Greku, a passenger, while the injured person is citizen Arbër Xhaxhaj. The latter had been drinking at a level of 0.5 mg/l and was driving at a very high speed on the Tirana-Durres side of the road.

According to police, two pedestrians, aged 33 and 35, were also injured.
