Sources for Abc suggest that for 5 days the Chief Prosecutor of SPAK, Arben Kraja, and the prosecutors of Elbasan have been involved in a fierce debate between them on the administrative issue, which is about the initiation of criminal proceedings against Gentian Sharra.

The debate between SPAK and the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office consists of who has the right to investigate and initiate this criminal proceeding, which was initiated simultaneously in both SPAK and Elbasan by prosecutor Xhilian Seferi.

The debate between Kraja and the Prosecutors of Elbasan was conducted remotely over the phone, after the Prosecution of Elbasan in a public appearance to the media announced that it had seized 5 million euros Gentian Sharra and his father, assets which are suspected to have been put through activities criminal cases after being investigated by the Elbasan prosecutors, and then the file was transferred to the SPAK.

What was seized from Gentian Sharra and his father on June 10:

-1 luxury villa in Katund i Ri neighborhood, Elbasan, fason business and arable land;

-Land and building, with an area of ​​120 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Gentian Sharra;

- Arable land with an area of ​​15680 m2 and a building with an area of ​​119.8 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by citizens Mustafa Sharra and Gentian Sharra;

- Arable land with an area of ​​3533 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Mustafa Sharra and Gentian Sharra;

-Arable land with an area of ​​4170 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Gentian Sharra;

-Arable land with an area of ​​4050 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Mustafa Sharra.

- Arable land with an area of ​​3533 m2, land with an area of ​​208.1 m2 and a building, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Gentian Sharra.

-Property land with an area of ​​394 m2, in the neighborhood Katund i Ri, Elbasan, owned by Mustafa Sharra and Gentian Sharra.

Also seized were 4 vehicles owned by Gentian Sharra and his family.

Work continues for the identification of all assets and for their full legal documentation, pursuant to law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and crackdown on organized crime and trafficking through pre-trial measures against property".
