One person lost his life today in Lake Pogradec. The police informs that the incident happened around 18:00, in the village of Udënisht.

It is learned that citizen JS, 44 years old, from Skopje, North Macedonia, died the moment he entered the lake to bathe.

From the preliminary examination of the victim's body, no signs of violence were found and it is suspected that this citizen may have died as a result of cardiac arrest.

The investigative team is working to fully clarify the circumstances and determine the cause of the loss of life.
