Two tourists from Sweden, who arrived in Tirana on September 4, 2026, claim to have been sexually abused by 5 boys, who invited them to their apartment rented through the "AirBNB" system in the capital.

The tourists argued in their report that the sexual abuse occurred between September 5 and 6, 2026 in Tirana. But as journalist Elton Qyno learns, they filed the criminal report 3 days later with the Durrës Police, the city where they had gone to vacation.

Their report was then transferred from Durrës to Police Station No. 3 in Tirana, whose officers have begun verifying the claims of the two tourists and identifying the 5 men who are suspected of raping the tourists.

According to the police file, it is learned that the two citizens with the initials SM and MJ arrived in Albania through the "Mother Teresa" airport. They were placed for about two days in a daily rented apartment in Tirana.

At midnight on September 5, the two tourists went out to eat in Tirana. According to their story, at the place where they stopped to eat, they met two boys who served as food delivery men on motorbikes in Tirana.

Because of the conversation and acquaintance they had with them, the two tourists invited them to the rented apartment for a drink. According to them, the two boys who had invited them also brought a friend of theirs with them.

"...we went home and all sat on the kitchen couch. We served the boys some drinks and sat with them, chatting. But one of the boys started to tease my friend with his hands and then kiss her. I took my friend by the hand and together we entered the bathroom of the house, telling her that maybe we made a mistake by inviting those boys to the house..." - said one of the Swedish citizens.

But they came out of the bathroom and rejoined the 3 boys. One of the Swedes said she doesn't remember much of what happened to her that night, as she was drunk and sleepy. But in the report she remembers seeing her friend lying in the bedroom, with one of the boys sexually abusing her.

But this story does not end here.

While the three boys were gone, the two tourists slept all day and night. They woke up at midnight on September 6th and both went out together in Tirana to eat "Hot-Dogs".

On the way home at midnight, the two tourists met two boys and started talking to them. The two girls claimed that they had been invited to their house in a friendly manner and that again at midnight, the two boys, according to them, sexually abused them.

The next day, the two Swedish tourists left Tirana for the city of Durrës.

After 3 days, the tourists went to the Durrës Police premises, filing a criminal report against 5 Albanian boys, whom they accused of the criminal offense of "Committing sexual relations with adults without consent."

Given that the suspected crime was committed in Tirana, the Durrës Police have sent this report made by the two Swedish tourists to the Tirana Police, and more specifically to Police Station No. 3 in the capital.

The officers of this police station have already started investigations to locate and find the 5 boys who are suspected of having sexually abused the 2 tourists from Sweden. Meanwhile, the Swedish Embassy in Tirana has also shown interest in the investigation in this case./ Syri.net
